Now, this can be hard to spot, especially if you’re so emotionally invested in him. But if you find yourself constantly thinking of a guy, try to take a step back and see if you are actually obsessing over ideals that you’re projecting onto him.

Reason 4: You Feel Curious About Him

Just like nostalgia, curiosity is another powerful emotion that can really affect your thoughts and actions. When you’re curious about something, this gives you a powerful desire to find out more about it.
