The word "wholesome" has gotten kind of a bad reputation in recent years. If someone is described as wholesome, it sounds as if they’re a goody-goody, sanctimonious, and no fun at all. They are good to the point of being dull, as if they’re one-dimensional caricatures of a real person. The truth is that all wholesome means is someone who's in good health and is physically fit. And in astrology, there are certain wholesome zodiac signs who choose to do things that are beneficial to their whole beings — working out, eating right, and getting enough sleep and water. Just because someone can be called wholesome, it doesn’t mean they never deviate from their norm; it’s just that most of the time they choose to be mindful of the choices they make. However, they still might have nights where they drink too much, make foolish decisions, or do something they regret.
