Read More »Caz Chidiebere is a famous Nollywood actor, movie director, producer, model and a musician popularly known as Cazman. He is one of the most sorts after Nollywood movie director and actor in the south eastern part of Nigeria and that is because of his pedigree in the industry. He has directed and featured in over 180 Nollywood movies. He is originally from Awka, the capital city of Anambra State, but was brought up in Enugu coal city of Enugu State all in the south eastern part of Nigeria. He is very handsome, gifted, skillful, creative and talented. Caz Chidiebere attended Nike Grammar School in Enugu State, Nigeria and obtained his First School Leaving Certificate and West African Senior School Certificate. After completing his primary and secondary school education, Caz Chidiebere proceeded to Enugu State University of Science and Technology (ESUT) in Enugu, Nigeria and graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Biochemistry. His age and date of birth is however not known as he has not made them public. Caz Chidiebere has been in the Nigerian Movie Industry (Nollywood) for over 15 years. He joined the Nigerian movie industry (Nollywood) in 2003 as an actor and later rose to director and producer. Aside from acting and directing of movies, he is also a musician. The award winning director in 2016 stated that he was leaving his acting and directing career to give more attention to his musical career. Talking back then, he stated that being a director and an actor for over 15 years has exposed him to life in general. According to him, one of the challenges he face every day as a Nollywood director is objecting to pressures from producers to do things their own way. He added that he love making good movies without compromise no matter the condition, as he hate been compelled. In 2015, shortly after his return from the United States of America, Caz Chidiebere, who happened to be a song writer and rapper, premiered his new dance single titled “Baby O” featuring Nonny D, and it was produced by J. Nonny. In 2016, he also dropped a dope high life song titled “My Girl”. The song was produced by Dr. Jayswag. The actor turned musician also has a musical video by Young Mind Records titled “Jeje” which was directed by Marski. Caz Chidiebere has directed several movies in Nollywood. Some of the movies he has directed include Upper Iweka, House of Bartholomew, Bishop Jerry, Eminado, Royal Mission, Family war, Warrior Sisters, The Mechanic and Anambra Women and many more. Other movies he has featured in as an actor include Alpacino, 042 Badooboyz, Emergency Escape, Onyemaechi, Sapele Water and Onitsha Bas Boys, amongst others. Caz Chidiebere is currently one of the richest and most influential movie director and actor in Nigeria with an estimated net worth of $250,000.
