The true definition of Destiny in accordance with the Bible is what God wants a man to become, as planned before he was created. Divine destiny, on the other hand, is the destiny of God in or for a man’s life. It describes the course of events in one’s life; organised or structured by God to fulfil His will through His divine purposes. In fulfilling destiny, your life becomes the expression of God’s grace and the unveiling of His love and purpose, which He proposed before he created man.

In the book of genesis 1:26

And let them have dominion over the fish of the sea and over the birds of the heavens and over the livestock and over all the earth and over every creeping thing that creeps on the earth.”) It’s clear here that God has created Man (all Men) to rule over the Earth and everything that He has created, to represent God’s interest on Earth; hence he was created in God’s image and likeness and this was the original destiny of man

For those whom He foreknew, He also predestined to become conformed to the image of His Son, so that He would be the firstborn among many brethren.You are created to be like Christ, the begotten son of God, Who was very active during the creation of the Earth, as the bible stated that all things were created by Him, the spoken word (John 1:1) So also you were created and blessed to continue in His work of creation by multiplying, beautifying and prospering the Earth as stated in Genesis 1: 28. And God said to them, “Be fruitful and multiply and fill the earth and subdue it, and have dominion over the fish of the sea and over the birds of the heavens and over every living thing that moves on the earth.) Though the work (talent, skill and profession) of every Man may be different in accordance to God’s purpose for them the end point is same, to make them rule and reign in life, knowing Gods will (destiny) for you. Let the knowledge of Destiny drive you to discover your purpose, while purpose drives the actions you take in life (Purpose provides short-term focus, while destiny provides long-term perspective and direction). God has not created any man to be a failure, useless or become a slave, but that all Men will find out their God-given purpose to drive their actions (attitude and characters) in line with God’s desires into the fulfilment of their destiny on Earth, which is the same for all men

That God has spoken His Will (Blessing of purpose) in the life of a man does not mean it must come to pass in his life. The manifestation of God-given destiny in your life depends on you. Are you walking with God, or you are walking alone away from Him?
