1) Loss of appetite

As your physical body gets prepared for the energy shift, it will start to reject anything that you put into it. That means that you’ll lose your appetite and won’t be able to keep anything down. This is a good thing because the added stress on your digestive system can cause issues that can mess with your energy even more. So, it’s best to listen to your body to help your body move through this process as quickly as possible. Once you’re out of the woods, you can slowly add more and more food back into your diet until you’re back to being your normal self. You see, whenever it comes to anything like that, it’s important to really tune in with your body and listen to what it needs in that moment. If your body is rejecting food, there is usually a reason for it, whether you’re sick or have some kind of issue going on. In those cases, the body often wants to focus all of its energy on healing and therefore has no appetite. With merging, it’s similar. There are so many things going on energetically that your body might feel overwhelmed and just reject food. So, the best thing to do is listen to your body and do what it needs you to do. But it’s important to mention that this doesn’t happen to everyone, and while it’s a common symptom of merging, it doesn’t mean that you’re going through the merging process. It just means that you might be stressed out or something is going on in your life that is causing your body to react in this way.

2) Rapid breathing

This physical symptom is directly related to your breath.

As you enter the merging process, your breath will become shallower and quicker. This is because your body is trying to pull energy from the environment around you in order to speed up the merging process.

Once everything is complete, your breath will return to normal.

This can be a little bit uncomfortable, so don’t worry: there is an end in sight. The good news is that you can control your breathing to help speed up the process even more. Try taking deep breaths that go down into your stomach and incorporate your core muscles. This will help you draw more energy in and will help speed up the process. Now: you might have heard the saying that someone takes your breath away. Well, when twin flames merge, this can be quite literally true. As your twin flame merges with you, they are literally breathing life into you, and vice versa. So, if you feel like someone is taking your breath away or pulling energy from you, it’s very likely that this is what’s happening. You might also breathe more rapid because your body is excited and under tension, wanting to finally unite with your twin flame! So remember: when merging with your twin flame, the process will feel uncomfortable at times. But just go with the flow and try to remain calm as possible throughout the process. The more you can relax in these moments, the faster everything will work itself out!

3) Increased heart rate

Your heart rate might increase as you go through the merging process.

If you have a resting heart rate of 60, you might see it increase up to 80 or 90. This is normal and is caused by your body beginning to work a little bit harder than normal. Your twin flame is exciting, and being around their energy a lot will make your heart rate increase.

You might also experience higher blood pressure during this time as well.

This will help you to recover as quickly as possible. You see, your body is undergoing an incredible energetic change. This change will allow you to see your twin flame in a new way. 7) Physical pains

During the merging process, you might find that you experience slight pain in your body. This is usually nothing to worry about and is actually a good thing. This will help your muscles to relax and those aches to cease.

You can also help the process by exercising.

Exercising will help you sweat and will help move the toxins and energy out of your body even faster. If you feel intense pain or aches, you should definitely go see a doctor. This is not something that you should be afraid of, though.

8) Feeling strange in your own body

During the merging process, you might start to feel like you don’t fit in your own body anymore. You might feel like you don’t belong and want to get out of your own skin. You might also feel like you can’t sit still, that you’re always on the go. These are all side effects of the excess energy that your body is pulling in. It’s trying to speed up the process, so it will cause you to feel a bit strange in your own body. This is normal and will pass as soon as the process is complete. Sometimes, physical changes might stick around, though. Either way, you will have a glow about you, certain happiness that you might not have had before.

You will look healthier, younger, and more vibrant.

10) Nausea

You might experience nausea as you go through the merging process.

This isn’t something to worry about because your body is just trying to get rid of some energy and clean itself out. You see, there is so much energy within you that your body might get something comparable to motion sickness. You might find that you’re nauseous or that you don’t feel like eating anything. This is just a sign that your body is trying to clean itself out in order to prepare for the next step. Once your body has had enough time to cleanse itself, your nausea will go away. Remember that during this time, you need to try to rest as much as possible. Stay off your feet and out of the sun as much as possible. This will help you to recover as quickly as possible and get you through this process as quickly as possible.
