A karmic relationship can be a turbulent relationship. People may feel an instant and intense connection with each other, but the relationship may be full of highs and lows, and toxic behavior patterns. Karmic relationships can be unhealthy, and a person does not need to stay in a relationship if they feel as though it is toxic and emotionally exhausting. This article looks at signs of unhealthy relationships, and covers the steps individuals can take to leave one. What is a karmic relationship? Learning from previous relationships may be helpful for individuals, but staying in unhealthy relationships is not necessary or beneficial, and can be damaging. Unhealthy relationships can have a serious negative impact on mental health and overall well-being.
