Recently my colleague wrote a really interesting piece on how men can attract women, without saying a word, just by using their body language! The topic got me thinking further about what women actually look at, physically, in a man and decide instantly if she wants to pursue a conversation with him!

Whoever said women don't notice intricate details about a man, was so wrong! They definitely notice everything, from what he's wearing to how he speaks to even his body language and his gestures. So if anytime, you want to probably wear a five-day-old shirt for a date, don't! Because she will notice and she will in all likelihood, judge! Or maybe, she won't care BUT she will notice regardless. Your hair is the most noticeable thing to a woman and usually it helps them decide if they really like it or understand it! Maybe because it's the topmost physical feature on your body. Most women do not prefer unkempt or untidy hair and neither are they big on man-buns, undercuts or mushrooms anymore. The recent trend is to just keep it simple and aesthetically appealing and take care of it, is all! A good conditioner always does the trick! You Nails/Hands

A man with dirty fingernails is a big no-no! Trust me, no woman wants to indulge in a banter with someone who can't even keep his nails clean! She will also notice the length of your nails and if they're untidily cut or too long for her to handle, she's really going to freak out a tad. Yes, we know women have long nails too and it might seem like they have double standards but if we're going with regular old school beauty standards, women usually like men with clean, short nails. Women also look at hands frequently and notice the kind of gestures you make with your hands. Keep them clean guys, and don't use your hands for gestures too often. It's distracting!

If a man stands tall, with his shoulders pushed back, he seems confident yet gallant, and in control of the situation, which most women look forward to. It gives them a sense of security and protection. Yes, that's not a noticeable thing as such but becomes mighty evident. What women actually notice is how you really smell and if you come off as a garbage heap, which has been kept in the sun for too long, there go all your chances, just like that! Invest in a good cologne, or a deodorant, that will definitely take care of your body odour. If you've just worked out, take a quick shower before you head out buddy. It's really going to help. You don't want her to move 5 feet away from you before you even open your mouth!
