Twin souls connect and energetically communicate on the same plane through their higher selves, or the higher chakras. The higher consciousness is encoded with the Akashic records, which connects to a Universal database containing all the information of every soul. This is where the agreements are energetically stored between the twin-flame couple. It is through these higher chakras that the twin souls unconsciously stay connected at all times. When it is time to start communicating in the physical plane, the souls seek each other out. Their higher selves recognize each other through these higher frequencies by energetically sending sonar signals to each other — the same way they communicate throughout their evolution. TWIN FLAMES MUST EXPERIENCE PURIFICATION and create a radiant heart before experiencing the ultimate relationship. The entire process is preparing the twins to become great light workers and to shine brightly for others to follow as they implement their joint mission. Therefore both twins generally parallel the Ascension process, with one twin being more evolved than the other. But in addition to that, the joint twin-flame journey also has a series of stages that you go through together.

Stage 2: Soul Merger

Soul merger occurs upon initial physical-soul contact. The twin souls have recognized each other on the higher level and now the energy between the two of them connects, merging the two souls. This process can be so strong that it can cause a dizzy or drunken state that can last a few days to a few months. This happens at the exact timing when the energy between the twin souls merge, creating the term “twin flame.” It is important to note that once these cords of energy merge, you cannot cut the energetic bond between you and your twin flame. I have worked with several clients who have tried running from their twin; the more they try, the stronger their twin attaches to them energetically. As the twins connect on a deeper level, this energetic bond grows and connects in every plane — the etheric, energetic, spiritual, emotional, mental and physical. Over time it magnetically pulls the twins together in spite of their conscious decisions to run.

Stage 3: The Karmic Purge

Most people refer to this phase as the “runner” phase. This is what I refer to as a push-pull phase. It is during this phase that twin flames are brought together, creating the mirror effect — each reflecting back to the other twin what the other needs to work on within themselves. Then they go apart to work on their own selves by processing and integrating awareness’s that surface. However, the Universe always has a way of bringing them back together to continue the process, until all the karma has been purged — not only that of their individual souls but also the karma that exists between the two of them. Everything that needs reconciled between the twins must surface in order to be released. This is what creates the need for confession between twins, where nothing can be hidden. Once again, I would like to remind you that when your twin pulls back to work on themselves, and you shift your focus on your twin, your twin is teaching you to let go. If you don’t, that makes you the runner – running from yourself.

Stage 4: Surrender

The surrender stage occurs after enough karma has been cleared and both twin flames realize that they need each other present to help facilitate their own journey. In the beginning phases of this stage, twin flames must surrender to their own personal progression and learn how to let go and allow. The Universe has a way of putting us in the corner until we become aware, which only makes us repeat the process of letting go. This occurs until we finally let go of ego and analytical thinking. This opens us to the idea of letting the heart lead us through life. Only then can we surrender to the idea of a twin-flame relationship coming into full union.

Stage 5: Integration

Once twin flames process and integrate their own experiences, they start processing and integrating their experiences together, now from a higher state of consciousness. One or both of the twin flames begin to realize that it was necessary for their other half to assist them with the process. They finally see the bigger picture and understand the importance of having their twin flame present.

Stage 6: Harmonize

Harmonization or balance of self is mandatory for one or both twin flames before they can reunite. After being in separation, they come together to work out all final differences before they can merge into full energetic union. Up until this point it has been an individual journey; now they harmonize together.

Stage 7: Full Twin Flame Reunion

Full twin flame union is brought into physical form once both twin flames have recognized their identity and advanced spiritually. This is not to say that everything must be perfect before union occurs. Nor will everything be perfect after. I have helped twin flames come together in full twin flame reunion, clearing any remaining ego and still raising their vibration in order for a physical relationship to stay in harmony. Just like anything in life, we must work to remain in harmonic balance, and what you put into the relationship you will get back. The important point to remember is that both twins must be mature enough to work out any differences they have together, just as any couple. The plan of the Universe is to use this collective higher vibrational energy and magnify the power of unconditional love, then to bring it into the physical plane by infusing this energetic force within the physical bodies of all human beings. Human beings are an expression of the Divine love of God, the creator of all things, generating oneness amongst all humanity. Therefore, it is important to experience oneness with self before being able to share unconditional love with another. Once twin flames complete the final stages of their mission, they are granted what is known to be the most satisfying relationship — and one that every soul seeks. This is usually the relationship most people are seeking when they express their desire to connect with a soulmate.
