1 . Eat Healthy

Eating right is crucial to attaining the right height and having a healthy body. -Vitamin D and Calcium are two important minerals that help our bones grow and hence contribute to physical growth. -Include lots of dairy products like milk, cheese, yoghurt and green leafy vegetables in your diet. -Another important mineral that should be on your radar during your teens is zinc which can be obtained from eggs, peas, poultry, sea-food and dark chocolate.
