1. Her friends know how she feels about you.

If her friends know about you because she keeps bringing up your name in conversations with them, they know you’re on her mind. As far as they can tell, you never leave it. Every topic leads to you. They might not like it (or you), but they see how hard she’s crushing on you. And because they care about her, they may take an interest in vetting you for her sake.

2. She knows things about you you haven’t told her.

If she starts dropping bits of knowledge about you that you haven’t shared with her, that’s another sign she’s interested in you. Otherwise, why would she bother doing research?

8. She draws you into long conversations.

You might start with small talk (“How’d the day go?” or “How’s work?”), but before long, you’re in a long conversation with her about something that matters to you both. You transition with ease from one topic to another, losing track of time as the hours slip by.
