Upon receiving this we will invite you to interview and hopefully offer you further employment with McDonald’s.

On more than 5 consecutive days;

More than 4 hours on a school day;

Longer than 4 hours without a 1 hour break;

Within 12 hours of finishing the last shift;

Later than 9pm on a night before a school day; and

For a combination of work and school hours which exceed 50 hours per week.

More than 4 consecutive hours on a day without a 60 minute break at the end of 4 hours. Children under 16 years old and not finished Year 10, must not be employed outside of the school term: More than 38 hours during a non-school week;

More than 8 hours on a non-school day;

Between the hours of 10pm and 6am; and

More than 4 consecutive hours on a day without a 60 minute break at the end of 4 hours.
